Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using MingleMic (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use MingleMic. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. Accounts

• You may sign up with phone/password or Google Sign-In. Email is optional and can be added later in your profile.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create safety risks.

4. The Service

MingleMic may include:

• Voice and video calls with Call Partners
• Instant Connect and Random Connect
• Wallet recharges, call billing, and Call Partner withdrawals
• Call Partner ratings and reviews
• Private messaging between users and Call Partners

Features may change, be limited by region, or require a minimum wallet balance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Wallet, payments & billing

• Wallet top-ups are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g. Cashfree). Their terms also apply to payments.
• During Call Partner calls, charges may be deducted from the caller’s wallet based on Call Partner rates and call duration. Calls may end if balance is insufficient.
• Call Partner earnings and withdrawals are subject to our Call Partner rules, verification, and admin approval where applicable.
• Unless required by law, purchased wallet balance and completed call charges are generally non-refundable.
• Prices are typically shown in INR (₹) and may change.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit other users
• Share illegal, pornographic (where prohibited), or harmful content
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam, scam, or solicit money inappropriately
• Record or redistribute calls without required consent
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack the Service
• Use bots or automation to abuse matching, wallets, or chats

We may remove content, end calls, ban accounts, or involve authorities when needed for safety or legal compliance.

7. User content & reviews

You retain ownership of content you post (such as chat messages and reviews). You grant MingleMic a license to host, display, and use that content to operate the Service. Reviews should be honest and not abusive. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Call Partners

Call Partners must follow pricing, conduct, and payout rules. Call Partner status may be revoked for violations. Callers interact with Call Partners at their own discretion; MingleMic is a platform and is not a party to private conversations between users.

9. Intellectual property

MingleMic branding, design, software, and logos are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or misuse them without permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for user conduct, call quality issues caused by networks/devices, or third-party payment outages.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MingleMic and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.

12. Termination

You may stop using MingleMic and delete your account from Settings (where available). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
