MingleMic uses prepaid digital wallet credits in Indian Rupees (INR). You recharge your wallet, then use credits for paid communication services such as calls with Call Partners.
1. Currency
All prices and wallet amounts on MingleMic are shown and charged in INR (₹).
2. Wallet recharge (prepaid credits)
- Minimum recharge: ₹20 (new users may use a one-time ₹1 Mega Offer for ~2 minutes of talk credits).
- Maximum recharge per transaction: ₹20,000
- Common recharge amounts available in the wallet: ₹20, ₹50, ₹100, ₹200, ₹500, ₹1,000 (you may also enter a custom amount within the allowed range).
- Pack offers (one-time each): ₹100 → Extra ₹10, ₹200 → Extra ₹25, ₹500 → Extra ₹50.
- New users: after your first successful recharge, a one-time ₹10 Mega Offer (~2 min talk) may be credited. There is no free ₹1,000 signup credit.
- After a successful payment, credits are usually added to your wallet immediately or within a short time.
- Credits are digital, non-transferable, and intended for use on MingleMic only.

3. Call Partner rates
- Call Partners set their own per-minute rates for audio and video calls.
- The applicable rate is shown on the Call Partner’s profile / card before you start a paid call.
- During a call, wallet balance is charged according to the selected call type and the Call Partner’s listed rate.
- Rates may differ between Call Partners and may change over time. Always check the live rate shown in the app before connecting.
4. Instant Connect and other features
- Some features (such as Instant Connect) may be free or paid depending on platform settings and availability.
- Messaging and other services may have separate pricing or eligibility rules shown in the product when applicable.
- Feature availability can change for maintenance or policy reasons.
5. Taxes and payment charges
- The recharge amount you select is the amount credited toward your MingleMic wallet (subject to successful payment).
- Your bank, UPI app, or payment provider may apply their own charges or temporary holds. Those are outside MingleMic’s control.
- If GST or other taxes apply to our services under law, they may be included or shown as required at checkout / on invoices.
6. No hidden product fees
We do not charge a separate “surprise” fee after you confirm a wallet recharge amount. Call costs are based on the published per-minute rates and actual call usage. Always review the rate shown before starting a call.
8. Changes to pricing
We may update recharge limits, feature pricing, or this page from time to time. Call Partner rates are controlled by Call Partners and may change independently. The “Last updated” date above reflects changes to this Pricing page.
